I specialise in helping people who are haunted in the present by intrusive memories and flashbacks from past traumatic experiences, which seem to come upon them 'out of the blue'.

People can feel they have no control over these memories, their thoughts, and the distress they experience.

I help people gain relief from this distress using a method known as EMDR which can take away the emotional sting of the memory allowing it to become emotionally neutral like other experiences that just happened once.
